Emergencies

We strive to accommodate urgent care and same-day appointments during our regular hours; however, we are not an emergency hospital. If your animal’s emergency requires specialized care or equipment that we cannot provide, we may refer you to a specialist in Calgary.

For emergencies outside of our regular hours, we participate in a shared on-call schedule with other local veterinary clinics, providing after-hours services on a rotating basis during evenings, weekends, and holidays. If your pet requires urgent care outside of business hours, please call the clinic to be directed to a registered veterinary technician, who will triage your call and guide you to the appropriate on-call hospital.
