External Prescriptions
In some cases, we may not carry a specific prescription product in our clinic. In these instances, we can provide an external prescription, which can be sent to a different veterinary clinic or a human pharmacy.

Doctor Preference
At our clinic, we have a team of dedicated veterinarians who provide consistent and quality care for your animals.

Prescription Pickup and Returns
At CVVC, we can offer palatability returns for some prescription foods, but we do not accept returns for dispensed medications.

Telemedicine
Telemedicine enhances remote care by providing follow-ups, minor consultations, and prescription renewals when an in-person visit is not immediately possible.

Requirements for Prescriptions and Services
A valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) must be established before a veterinary clinic can provide prescription medications or medical recommendations for any animal.

Emergencies
We strive to accommodate urgent care and same-day appointments during our regular hours. For emergencies outside of our regular hours, we participate in a shared on-call schedule with other local veterinary clinics.

Fear-Free Environment
We understand that veterinary visits can be stressful, and we take steps to create a calm and supportive environment for pets and their owners.
