Prescription Pickup and Returns

At CVVC, we can offer palatability returns for some prescription foods, but we do not accept returns for dispensed medications. 

Once prescription medications leave the hospital, we cannot ensure that they have been stored or maintained at the appropriate temperature for resale. For safety and efficacy reasons, we cannot accept returns of these medications.

If you have unused medications, you are welcome to drop them off at our clinic, and we will dispose of them safely to prevent environmental harm. However, no refunds will be issued as these medications cannot be returned to our inventory or prescribed to other patients.

Uncollected medications: Any dispensed medications that have not been picked up within 1 month will be returned to inventory and may be subject to a restocking fee.
