Respectful Conduct

At CVVC, the wellbeing and dignity of our staff, clients, and patients are our top priorities. We expect all interactions—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—to be conducted with courtesy and mutual respect. Any form of rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated.

We welcome questions and feedback as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. However, all communication must remain respectful. Clients who fail to adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave and seek care elsewhere. If this occurs, we will facilitate the transfer of patient records to the client’s chosen provider.
