Fees & Payment Policy

We are committed to transparent pricing and provide an initial estimate for veterinary services before treatment. Exam fees cover the veterinarian’s or technician’s time and evaluation, with additional charges for any recommended services, diagnostics, or treatments.

Estimates & Validity:

• Estimates are valid for 90 days and typically include a cost range based on our best judgment.

• Final costs may vary depending on actual treatments performed.

• Expired estimates may require a new consultation to reassess the animal’s condition.

Appointments & Fees:

• Each animal requires a separate consultation fee (typically 30 minutes per animal).

• Some booster vaccinations, injections, or diagnostics may be scheduled with a technician (typically 15-minutes per pet).

• Breeder discounts are not available.

Payment & Financing:

• Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods: cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfers.

• We do not offer payment plans or direct financial assistance.

• External financing options (e.g., LendCare or PetCard) may be available; proof of pre-approval is required before services are provided.

• Many clients opt for pet insurance (e.g., TruPanion); it is the client’s responsibility to secure pre-approvals before treatment.

Outstanding Balances:

• Unpaid balances incur 3% interest per month (noted on every invoice).

• Accounts sent to collections will be subject to all associated fees, interest, and expenses.
