Valuation of Time
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or return for a follow-up appointment (incurring an additional charge) if the full assessment or treatment cannot be completed. Appointments will not be extended to compensate for lateness. If a client is over 10 minutes late, we will attempt to contact them before marking the appointment as a no-show and offering the slot to another patient.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other patients in need of care.
48-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will have a "no-show" note added to their file. Repeated no-shows impact our ability to serve other patients and are unfair to staff and clients.
Two no-show incidents will require the client to prepay a non-refundable appointment fee when booking future appointments.
CVVC Staff Running Late
We strive to run on time out of respect for our clients and their animals. However, emergencies or unexpected extended care may cause delays. We sincerely appreciate our clients’ patience and understanding in such cases and will do our best to minimize wait times.
